Grip Digital and Terrible Posture Games’ bullet-hell-style first-person shooter Tower Of Guns has launched for PS3, PS4 and will go up on Friday for Xbox One. The download-only release, described as “a pure FPS experience,” features randomized levels and enemies, upgradeable abilities, and modifiable gear. After dying, players retain their kit and powered-up abilities but return to the beginning of the tower to face new enemies and a new layout.

Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron coming to Zen’s pinball lines

Zen Studios is continuing their line of Marvel-themed tables with the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. The table will be available across Zen’s titles on PC, console, and mobile platforms (Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX2, and Marvel Pinball) on April 21. The table will have modes for each member of the team, including Captain America and Thor, with a battle between Iron Man and Ultron and a first-person shooting mini-game for Hawkeye.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to get two add-ons, to be 10-20+ hours each

Despite being an estimated 200-plus hours, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is getting even bigger with the announcement of two downloadable expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. CD Projekt co-founder Marcin Iwinski emphasized the size of the additions by referencing the pre-DLC era, when expansions were physical releases, packed to the brim: “We remember the time when add-on disks truly expanded games by delivering meaningful content. As gamers, we’d like to bring that back.” To that end, the studio aims that each “offer more hours of gameplay than quite a few standalone games out there,” with Hearts of Stone estimated at over 10 hours long and Blood and Wine over 20 hours long.

Forza Horizon 2 goes Hollywood with Furious 7 Car Pack DLC

Microsoft has released a Fast and the Furious-themed downloadable add-on for Forza Horizon 2, the Furious 7 Car Pack. The $5 expansion features eight cars, two more than the usual car pack, which range from the 1970 Dodge Charger R/T that debuted in the first film to the 2014 Maserati Ghibli S. And for this month’s bonus, Playground Games has put up the 1998 Toyota Supra as a free download. Full details on all of the new rides can be found below.

Ride given new release date, now launching June 23

Bandai Namco has announced that the Milestone Milestone s.r.l.-developed racer Ride will now be released on June 23. Originally scheduled to launch on May 19, the new date is listed for all versions of the game. Ride is set to offer players four different racing categories, over 100 bikes across several build types (Superbikes, Supersports, Naked, and Historical), and extensive customization options.

Quantum Break release date rescheduled to 2016

Remedy’s upcoming action-adventure title Quantum Break has been bumped from 2015 to 2016, according to Microsoft. In the announcement, Remedy’s creative director, Sam Lake, thanked fans for their patience and noted that “the team is taking advantage of this opportunity to polish and fine tune the game to create the kind of standout entertainment experience they’ve come to expect from us.”

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy to go to China, India, and Russia

Ubisoft has announced the next three titles in the Assassin’s Creed line, and all will be released as part of the Chronicles trilogy. Each release will follow a different assassin in a 2.5D adventure, with the first entry set to take players to China on April 21. The characters are from other properties within the franchise, from the animated short Assassin’s Creed Embers (Shao Jun) and graphic novels (Arbaaz Mir, Nikolaï Orelov). The trilogy will be tied together, but each game will not only adopt its own art style but also be set in different periods, including the Ming dynasty, Sikh Empire, and shortly after the Red October revolution.

Halo 5: Guardians live-action trailers All Hail and The Cost released

Microsoft has released both of the live-action trailers for Halo 5: Guardians that were aired during last night’s finale of The Walking Dead. Each video shows a situation from a different perspective, with UNSC’s Spartan Locke doubting Master Chief’s legacy as he stands victorious and the Chief giving Locke a lesson in heroism in The Cost. Rockstar is preparing for next month’s release of Grand Theft Auto V for PC with a new batch of screenshots. The 15 shots cover everything from combat to wildlife, and give PC gamers a chance to check out what’s coming their way shortly. A trailer is also scheduled to go live soon, which will give a better look at the graphical upgrades planned for the long-awaited version.
