EA has released a deluxe edition of Respawn’s latest shooter Titanfall. The new bundle includes the original game plus all three downloadable packs. The drops—Expedition, Frontier’s Edge, and IMC Rising—bolster the original’s roster of 15 maps with nine new additions. Deluxe Edition is out today for PC for $39.99 and will launch digitally on November 25 for Xbox One for $49.99.

Rockstar releases Grand Theft Auto V for PS4 and Xbox One

After a flurry of recent news, including the reveal of a first-person mode and a last-gen to current-gen comparison video, the enhanced PS4 and Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V has been released. Rebuilt for the new systems, the latest version features new activities, wildlife, weapons, and vehicles, in addition to 150-plus new songs. Grand Theft Auto Online has also been updated with support for up to 30 players as well as the new first-person mode. Players can transfer their existing Online characters and progress to either version.

Dragon Age: Inquisition deploys its agents to console and PC

The inquisition begins! Sort of. EA has announced the release of BioWare’s latest role-playing game, Dragon Age: Inquisition. No one is being boiled alive, but players will be tasked with making difficult decisions that have an effect on the progression of their party and the storyline. As a rogue, mage, or warrior inquisitor, players must track down and stop those who are sowing seeds of discontent across the realm. To that end, agents can be assigned tasks, keeps looted, and strongholds attained. Multiplayer is also supported for up to four players in co-op quests that are set outside of the main storyline.

Project Totem now Kalimba, set to launch for Xbox One on Dec. 17

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood developer Press Play has announced that their upcoming platformer Project Totem has been given the official title Kalimba and a release date of December 17. The download-only title will feature a single-player campaign as well as couch co-op. As animated totems, players must navigate their way through three different worlds, building a totem along the way that reflects their progress, as they attempt to defeat an evil shaman.

Far Cry 4 gets eight-minute-long 101 Launch Trailer

A new trailer has been released for Far Cry 4, the 101 Launch Trailer. The video is over eight minutes long and features the protagonist’s backstory as well as info on the area’s factions, weapons, locales, quests, multiplayer, weapons and crafting. It’s a pretty thorough walkthrough, and made up largely of gameplay footage. The fourth entry sets players loose in the Himalayas in the midst of a civil war to overthrow the dictator Pagan Min. Drop-in/drop-out co-op play is also supported.

Just Cause 3 coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2015

Avalanche Studios’ Just Cause is set to return next year for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in Just Cause 3. As with its predecessors, players will be able to explore a large open-world environment as they wreak havoc on anything and everything. The only details released include the return of the grapple and parachute, the introduction of the new wingsuit, and the setting of a Mediterranean archipelago. Game Informer will be running a feature revealing more in their December issue.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue and Assassin’s Creed Unity now available

In addition to the current-gen Assassin’s Creed Rogue, Ubisoft has also announced the release of the PC- and next-gen-only Assassin’s Creed Unity. ‘Generation’ is hard to define at the moment, so bear with us. Rogue’s launch trailer was posted yesterday. Unlike Rogue, which follows a Templar during the Seven Years’ War, Unity is set during the French Revolution and follows Arno, a man who turns to the brotherhood after the loss of a loved one. Players will be able to traverse an open-world Paris, taking down targets as they gain new skills, customize weapons, and earn new gear. Unity also includes four-player co-op missions that reward special co-op gear, and players will get to utilize unique co-op skills based around agility, force, or stealth.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection now in stores, online for Xbox One

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is now available for Xbox One. The launch initially kicked off with over 4,000 midnight release events and additional livestreamed festivities, but those who decided to stay in can now grab a copy. The set includes Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition, an updated Halo 2 with cutscenes by Blur Studios, Halo 3, Halo 4, access to the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, and the live-action series Halo: Nightfall from Ridley Scott. So pretty much everything but ODST and Wars. Pictures from the livestreamed launch event HaloFest were also released, and those who missed it can watch it on demand through the official site.

CD Projekt Red has announced that everyone who buys The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will receive 16 pieces of free downloadable content. Every version—PC, PS4, and Xbox One—download or physical is eligible for the free packs, the first of which, the Temerian Armor Set and a Beard and Hairstyle Set for Geralt, will go live on February 25. The second set of packs will follow a week later, adding new quests and costumes. The remaining packs will launch weekly in two-pack bundles. All downloads will be free, regardless of whether the game is purchased after launch or pre-ordered.
