ToeJam & Earl readying a funk bomb for release on PSN, XBLA
The baddest duo to wear gold chains, shades, and over-sized hats will be strutting onto Live Arcade and PSN soon with ToeJam & Earl and ToeJam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron. The Genesis classics will be released as part of Sega’s Vintage Collection series, with 360 gamers getting an 800 MS Point bundle on November 7 and both launching separately on PSN for $4.99 each on November 6. Both titles will include achievements and trophies and support for online co-op play.

Guardians of Middle-earth set to launch in December
Warner Bros. Interactive has announced that Monolith Productions’ upcoming strategy title Guardians of Middle-earth will be available this December. The game will launch digitally on December 4 for $14.99 on PSN, and this fall for 1200 MS Points on Live Arcade. The title will also be available at select retail stores for $29.99 on the same dates as their online counterparts, with the price difference being due to boxed copies coming with vouchers to download the post-launch map, gameplay, and character DLC packs.

Trials Evolution – Origin of Pain DLC now available on Live
Trials Evolution’s first DLC pack, Origin of Pain, has launched on Live Marketplace. The drop, developed by series creator RedLynx, is available for 400 MS Points and includes 36 new tracks, new skill games, new gear, new objects, and a new BMX bike mode.

Nights HD bundle and Sonic Adventure 2 HD available for PS3
The HD remakes of Sega’s Nights into Dreams and Sonic Adventure 2 have launched on PSN. The $9.99 downloads will be followed by the 360 versions on Live Arcade for 800 MS Points on October 5. In addition to featuring trophy and achievement support as well as graphical upgrades, Nights is bundled with the fantastic holiday-themed promo release Christmas Nights. PS3 gamers receive an extra bonus in the form of a free theme for either game with purchase.

Marvel vs. Capcom Origins now available on Live, PSN
Capcom’s two-in-one set Marvel vs. Capcom Origins has launched on Live Arcade and PSN. The 1200 MS Point/$14.99 release includes two of the series’ earliest entries, Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. Touted as being arcade perfect, the versions included in the collection also feature eight-player lobbies and spectator mode, replay saving, HD upgrades, and dynamic challenges.

Double Dragon: Neon unleashes raw high-five power on 360, PS3

Jet Set Radio dates, prices detailed for consoles, PC, and Vita
The time for righteous tagging nears! Sega has announced that Jet Set Radio, what you might know as Jet Grind Radio, will be launching on Live Arcade and Steam on September 19, on PSN for PS3 on September 18, and on PSN for PS Vita on October 16 for 800 MS Points/$9.99. PS Plus subscribers will be able to snag the game a week early, on September 11.
