Zen Studios is continuing their line of Marvel-themed tables with the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. The table will be available across Zen’s titles on PC, console, and mobile platforms (Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX2, and Marvel Pinball) on April 21. The table will have modes for each member of the team, including Captain America and Thor, with a battle between Iron Man and Ultron and a first-person shooting mini-game for Hawkeye.

Rodea the Sky Soldier release date, Wii and Wii U bundle detailed

NIS has revealed that the upcoming Yuji Naka- and Zin Hasegawa-developed action title Rodea the Sky Soldier will be hitting store shelves on September 22. In addition to the 3DS and Wii U versions, all of the first-print copies of the Wii U version will also come packed with the Wii version of the game in North America and Europe. For those who haven’t upgraded to the Wii U, the early prints will be the only way to snag a copy of the Wii version.

Nintendo to get into mobile market, partners with DeNA

It seems as though Nintendo will be getting into the ‘smart devices’ market. According to a recent announcement, Nintendo and DeNA have formed an alliance that will see the two assisting one another in upcoming ventures, with Nintendo acquiring 10% of DeNA and DeNA 1.24% of Nintendo. The partnership will involve “leveraging the strength of Nintendo’s intellectual property (IP) and game development skills in combination with DeNA’s world-class expertise in mobile games, both companies will develop and operate new game apps based on Nintendo’s IP, including its iconic game characters, for smart devices.” The plans are open for “all Nintendo IP,” and a membership service is also slated to launch next fall, which will span 3DS, PC, Wii U, and smart devices.

Players must help the VP gather 40 different types of citizens around him to shield him from the unwieldy hordes as he undertakes his quest to find out what’s going on in this (goofy) retro-style RPG.

Citizens of Earth going live on Jan. 20, plus new screens, discounts

Atlus has released some new screenshots from their upcoming retro-styled role-playing game Citizens of Earth. Set to launch on January 20, the game puts players in the role of Vice President of Earth and tasks them with drumming up support amongst the populace to help him investigate the reason behind why so people have gone crazy, and to protect him in the process. The studio also sent word that there will be several discounts during launch week, with Steam, PSN (for PS Plus members), and eShop all offering 20% off.

Wii U owners will be able to hack their way around Chicago—and into some explosive chaos—this November in Watch Dogs. Beginning on November 18, gamers will get the chance to don their GamePads in a quest for revenge as hacker turned vigilante Aiden Pearce. The Wii U version will support Off-TV Play, allowing for gaming sessions to move between TV and GamePad, and add an interactive map of the city on the GamePad whenever played on a TV.

Natsume has detailed the cast from their upcoming Wii U role-playing game, Alphadia Genesis. This entry marks the series debut in North American, and is currently available for Android and iOS, and to get everyone up to speed, a detailed list of the primary players has been released along with some screenshots of everyone in action. The storyline picks up 15 years after the end of the Energi Wars, a series of battles that saw the introduction of clones as weapons, as the two belligerents, Augustine and Archleign, continue to work together for peace.

One Piece Unlimited World Red dated for July 8, screens released

One Piece fans will be able to set out with their favorite characters on July 8 with the launch of One Piece Unlimited World Red. In addition to the launch date, Bandai Namco also revealed more details about the previously announced Battle Coliseum Mode. The battle mode will feature 20 characters, including the Straw-Hat crew, Boa Hancock, “Flame Fist” Ace D. Portgas, and Fujitora, as well as others that were previously limited to quests, such as Jimbei. A new batch of screenshots showing the characters squaring off in the new mode was also released.
