Season of Infamy: Most Wanted Expansion has launched for Batman: Arkham Knight. The pack consists of four missions, each featuring a new story arc centered on Batman taking down a different villain: The Mad Hatter, Killer Croc, Ra’s Al Ghul, and Mr. Freeze. The missions are also available for purchase separately. Several other packs are on offer today, including Crime Fight Challenge Pack #5, 2008 Movie Batman Skin, Original Arkham Batmobile, Rocksteady Themed Batmobile Skin, Batman: Noel Skin, plus a free update that adds new skins. All packs are detailed below.
Warner Bros. has released the next batch of downloadable content for Batman: Arkham Knight. Two new Arkham Episodes are available today, both of which include two AR challenge maps: Catwoman’s Revenge, which has players track down the Riddler as Catwoman after the main storyline, and Flip of a Coin, which pits Robin against Two-Face. Starting today, Season Pass holders can access 2016 Batman v Superman Batmobile Pack, a free download that includes the Batsuit and the Batmobile from the new film. Everyone else will be able to download the pack on December 1. Several other add-ons also launched, and are detailed below.
Two new downloadable packs have gone live for Batman: Arkham Knight, the 1989 Movie Batmobile Pack and Bat-Family Skin Pack. The Batmobile Pack adds not only the Batmobile from the 1989 film but also another skin based on the film for Batman, as well as two racetracks inspired by Batman and Batman Returns. The Bat-Family Skin Pack is a bundle of six skins from various timelines: 1990s Catwoman, One Year Later Robin, Arkham Origins Batman, Iconic Grey & Black Batman, 1970s Batman, and Original Arkham Nightwing. Each pack runs $1.99. New screenshots, a new trailer, and a DLC release schedule were also released.
Batman: Arkham Knight – Batgirl: A Matter of Family, the first story add-on for Arkham Knight, has launched for Season Pass holders of the console version. Everyone else will get their chance to play the Batgirl next week when the $6.99 pack goes live for all. The WB Games Montréal-developed expansion is set before the events of Arkham Knight and follows Batgirl and Robin as they attempt to save Commissioner Gordon from The Joker at Seagate Amusement Park. Details about two upcoming DLC packs were also announced.
Two new Batman titles will be launching later this year, according to Warner Bros. Interactive. The two titles split along console lines, with Batman: Arkham Origins slated to ship for 360, PC, PS3, and Wii U, and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate for 3DS and PS Vita.
