CD Projekt is giving players a better look at the lands they will be exploring in The Witcher 3’s upcoming expansion Blood and Wine. Estimated to last over 30 hours, Blood and Wine will see Geralt making his way into a new area that’s being terrorized by a monster. The kingdom will host new characters, enemies, and monsters, get a glimpse of it all below.
Batman is joining the re-release procession with Batman: Return to Arkham. The two-title bundle will include remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. The Rocksteady Studios-developed entries are being updated by Virtuos using Unreal Engine 4. Both titles will come with all of the bonus content released in their respective Game of the Year editions as well as all downloadable content. Graphically, players can look forward to improved models, effects, environments, and shaders.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine will be hitting store shelves and digital outlets on May 31. Coinciding with the reveal, CD Projekt has released a new trailer and batch of screenshots. The upcoming add-on will feature an estimated 30-hour-long campaign with 90-plus new quests, a new Gwent deck, dynamic Point of Interest system, and a new region. A limited edition physical version will also include two Gwent decks, the Northern Realms and Nilfgaard.
A handful of few new shots have been released from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s upcoming expansion Blood and Wine. The screens cover a little of everything, from giant monsters to some of the surreal new environments. CD Projekt also announced a PAX East 2016 panel about the in-game card game Gwent, titled Gwent-Ception: Does a Game Within a Game, Make a Game a Better Game, which will take place on Saturday on 2 p.m. (EST) and stream on Twitch.
Rocksteady has released Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6 for the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. Console owners will be able to grab the pack next week, on January 26. The pack adds focused training in Freeflow Combat and Invisible Predator stealth in locations from Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight during online play. Rocksteady is also throwing in a bonus for everyone with the January update, the Batman Incorporated skin.
