Fans of Trials Evolution have a new reason to hit the tracks today with the release of Riders of Doom on Live Arcade. The DLC pack is going for 400 MS Points and adds 40 new tracks, 10 new Skill Games, new environments, a new bike, and hundreds of new items for the Track Editor.

Trials Evolution not doing too shabby, logs over 500,000 players
Trials Evolution, RedLynx’s physics-centric motorcycle racer for Live Arcade, is proving to be even more popular than its 2009 predecessor, Trials HD. Via publisher Ubisoft, RedLynx Managing Director Tero Virtala notes that the XBLA-only title has “amassed more than 500,000 players on its global leaderboards” since launch last month. The beefed-up track editor is also proving to be popular, as Virtala further details that over 800,000 player reviews have been logged for the 60,000-plus custom tracks that have been created.

Trials Evolution smacks head first into Live Arcade
Ubisoft has announced that Trials Evolution, RedLynx’s follow-up to 2009′s Trials HD, is now available on Live Arcade. The sequel includes new single-player tracks and mini-games, four-player local and online multiplayer, and editing tools. Tracks are also outdoors now, allowing for curved driving lines and larger courses.
