Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, the Level-5-developed role-playing game from Namco Bandai, is now available for PS3. Featuring art from Studio Ghibli, Ni no Kuni is a fantasy adventure that follows young would-be wizard Oliver on his quest through a parallel world to revive his mother. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch demo launching tomorrow
Role-playing fans looking to try out Level 5′s Studio Ghibli-touched RPG Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will get their chance tomorrow when a playable demo launches on PSN. As the young wizard apprentice Oliver, players will be able to explore two levels and battle two bosses, Guardian of the Woods and Moltaan.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Ninostarter campaign extended
In honor of PAX, Namco Bandai has extended their Ninostarter campaign for the upcoming Level-5 and Studio Ghibli co-developed role-playing game, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. The campaign, now scheduled to end on September 3, is a tiered reward-based system in which gamers are incentivized to preorder the premium Wizard’s Edition for additional bonus items: the more pre-orders the game receives, the more extras that are added to the set. The first goal has already been met, netting players the prints pictured below, while progress for the second goal has surpassed 80%.

Pre-order more to get more, Namco Bandai adds to Ni no Kuni’s WE
Namco Bandai is taking a curious route with the recently announced Wizard’s Edition of their upcoming adventure title from Level-5 and Studio Ghibli, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. The publisher will be tracking pre-orders through a program called Ninostarter, and they will match each met sales goal with additional items. So, as more gamers put down on their own copy of the $99.99 premium pack, the more stuff they all get in their Wizard’s Edition. The game is scheduled to come out January 22, but the pre-order window ends on August 31, and the Wizard Edition is only available at clubNamco.com.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch – Wizard’s Edition announced
Namco Bandai is prepping a limited Wizard’s Edition to launch alongside the standard release of their upcoming adventure Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. The $99.99 Wizard’s Edition will include a 300-plus page hardback Wizard’s Companion, a copy of Oliver’s digital spellbook; a plush doll of Oliver’s guide, Drippy; and two DLC familiars, golden mite and golden drongo.
