Robot launches Orcs Must Die! 2, unleashes the fury of the zug-zug
Despite a sound thrashing last year, the orcs have returned with their monster allies in Robot Entertainment’s latest action-strategy release, Orcs Must Die! 2. The sequel follows the original with a new campaign, playable in single player and co-op; 50-plus weapons, traps, and guardians; over 225 persistent trap and weapon upgrade unlocks; and redesigned spellbook. In addition to the campaign, players can go back through 10 levels from the original in Classic Mode and take on waves of enemies in the Horde-style Endless Mode.

Orcs Must Die! 2 looks to finish off the greenskins this summer
Despite your best efforts to burn, impale, and smash the barbarous orcs into oblivion, many remain to threaten the land. Fortunately, Robot Entertainment is giving you another shot with the recently announced Orcs Must Die! 2. Orcs Must Die! – Artifacts of Power DLC pack announced for PC
Robot Entertainment’s recently released action-strategy title Orcs Must Die! will be getting its first DLC pack. The PC version will be receiving the first of two planned DLC releases, the Artifacts of Power pack, on October 25. The $2.49 pack will include two new weapons (Vampiric Gauntlets, Alchemist’s Satchel) and two new traps (The Shock Zapper, Floor Scorcher).

Orcs Must Die! launches early on Steam, pre-order bonus announced
After recently launching on Live Arcade, Robot Entertainment’s action-strategy title Orcs Must Die! has hit Steam. The release is a day ahead of schedule, and as a bonus, gamers who purchase the game before 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (PST) will receive the Knight of the Order costume for the War Mage.

Orcs Must Die! launches on Live Arcade, plus new demo and trailer
Robot Entertainment’s action-strategy title Orcs Must Die! is now available for the 360 on Live Arcade (1200 MS Points). Orcs Must Die! tasks players with donning the robe of a War Mage and defending 24 besieged fortresses with 17 trap types and a half-dozen weapons and spells from orcs and other monsters.

Orcs Must Die! release date announced for 360, PC
Robot Entertainment’s upcoming action-strategy beast-basher Orcs Must Die! will be released for the 360 on Live Arcade on October 5, and for the PC via Steam and other PC distribution platforms on October 12. Orcs Must Die! tasks players, serving as a War Mage, with defending 24 besieged fortresses with 17 trap types and a half-dozen weapons and spells from orcs and other monsters.

Orcs Must Die! to be playable at PAX, plus in-game extras and more
Robot Entertainment has sent word that their upcoming action-strategy title Orcs Must Die! will be playable at PAX. Both the 360 and PC versions will be set up at the company’s booth, 940, for the duration of the show, from August 26 to 28. As a bonus, attendees who visit the booth and sign up for their forums will earn a Steam code for a free War Mage costume based on Penny Arcade’s Cardboard Tube Samurai character. Other goodies will also be available, including shirts, hats, buttons, and for the first 200 to try the game, a prequel comic book.
