Capcom is set to hold court this fall with the digital release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies for 3DS. Previously announced as Ace Attorney 5, Dual Destinies is set eight years after Ace has last stepped foot in court and shortly after the destruction of the court room itself. His latest opponent is Winston Payne’s son, Gaspen, in the case to discover who is behind the attack.

Wright won’t be entering the fray alone, however, as Marvel hero Nova will also be entering the brawl.
