The mobile market just got a whole lot more justice today with the release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies on the App Store. Dual Destines features the return of Phoenix as well as several older characters, including Pearl Fey and Apollo Justice, as well as the introduction of Associate Attorney Athena Cykes, who brings with her the ability to psychoanalyze witnesses. The first episode is free to try while the remaining four can be purchased for $4.99 each or as a bundle for $14.99. The bonus episode, Turnabout Reclaimed, which sees Phoenix defending a killer whale, is also available.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies’ first DLC case, Turnabout Reclaimed, is now available for download. The $5.99 full-length episode, purchasable from the in-game menu, features a new client, the pirate Sasha Buckler. As the first case Wright takes after reclaiming his Attorney’s badge, he must help defend Buckler’s stylish killer whale companion against a murder charge. The Mood Matrix and Psyche-Lock, introduced in Dual Destinies, will come into play, and Pearl Fey will return to help the Anything team against prosecutor Simon Blackquill.
Court is back in session! The intrepid digital attorney Phoenix Wright has returned to the side of lady justice in a new case to convict the culprit behind the destruction of the courthouse. The download-only release, available on eShop, picks up eight years after the previous Ace Attorney title, as Phoenix returns to form investigating crime scenes, examining evidence, cross examining witnesses, and now, with the help of newcomer Athena Cykes, psychoanalyzing witnesses.
A new demo for Capcom’s Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies has been released on Nintendo’s eShop. Set to launch on October 24, Wright will return to court in a new case that sees an old rival resurface during a trial against the party behind the destruction of the old courthouse. It was also announced that gamers who purchase Dual Destinies from October 25 to November 7 will receive a free costume pack worth $0.99 that includes new outfits for Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice, and Athena Cykes.
Capcom has confirmed that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies will be launching online for 3DS on October 24. The download-only entry will be available on eShop for $29.99 and continue the legal adventures of famed digital attorney Phoenix Wright. Wright will be joined by fellow attorney Apollo Justice and associate attorney Athena Cykes, whose presence introduces new psychoanalysis elements to witness investigations. Players will once again investigate crime scenes, challenge witnesses, and present evidence in trial of what they’ve uncovered.
Capcom is set to hold court this fall with the digital release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies for 3DS. Previously announced as Ace Attorney 5, Dual Destinies is set eight years after Ace has last stepped foot in court and shortly after the destruction of the court room itself. His latest opponent is Winston Payne’s son, Gaspen, in the case to discover who is behind the attack.
