Metal Gear Solid HD Collection slated for June, new screens released
Snake and Raiden will be making their way to the Vita this summer when Metal Gear Solid HD Collection hits store shelves this June. The compilation includes enhanced versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, with both featuring enhanced graphics, support for the touchscreen and touchpad, and the ability to transfer saves between the PS3 and Vita versions of HD Collection.

New shots released of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for PS Vita
Konami has released some new screenshots from the upcoming PS Vita version of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. The set includes updated versions of both MGS2: Sons of Liberty and MGS3: Snake Eater. Both games will featured updated graphics, optimized controls, and support for touchscreen controls, trophies, and data sharing with the PS3 versions.

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection getting the Limited Edition treatment
A special Limited Edition release of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will ship alongside standard copies this winter. In addition to the cosmetic changes—1080p graphics, 60 frames per second, tweaked interfaces, etc.—and handful of gameplay enhancements, primarily for the transition of Peace Walker from the PSP to PS3, gamers who snatch up the premium version will also receive a 248-page art book, The Art of Metal Gear Solid, and packaging created by series lead artist, Yoji Shinkawa.

RISK: Metal Gear Solid Limited Edition announced
RISK—one of the few titles we’ll leave in caps (all praise the game of global domination)—has officially been Kojimafied. Konami has announced a new “mercenary-style board game” based on Metal Gear Solid dubbed RISK: Metal Gear Solid Limited Edition. Pre-orders kickoff on October 3 at USAopoly.com, and the full version will retail for $49.95.

Konami details Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
Konami sent along some additional details and a slew of screenshots for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection earlier today. Set for release this winter for the 360 and PS3, the HD Collection will include remastered versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and the MSX2 ports of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake that were included with the 2005 release of Metal Gear Solid 3, Subsistence.
