Omerta – City of Gangsters 360 demo launches, patch announced
Two new announcements today about Haemimont and Kalypso’s Prohibition-era strategy title Omerta. First up, a new single-player demo has launched on Live Marketplace for the 360. The demo includes two levels, which give players the chance to try some of the game’s turn-based combat as well as the opportunity to plan a heist. A new update has also been announced for both the 360 and PC versions.

Darkstalkers Resurrection to launch March 12 for PS3, 13 for 360
Darkstalkers Resurrection, the double pack download that includes Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3, has been officially dated. PlayStation 3 owners will be able to download the set off PSN for $14.99 on March 12, while those going the 360 route will be able to download it off Live Marketplace for 1200 MS Points on March 13.

Ace Combat Assault Horizon Live launch delayed, + DLC now on PSN
Namco Bandai has announced that the Live Games on Demand launch of Ace Combat Assault Horizon has been delayed until January. The push back from December 18 is being put down to strategic reasons, while the + DLC Pack edition for PS3 has launched on PSN and Enhanced Edition for PC is on track for its Q1 2013 release.

Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials DLC now available for consoles, PC
It’s time to once again traipse through the alleys and over the rooftops of the grand city of Dunwall with the release of Dunwall City Trials DLC for Dishonored. Now available for 360, PC, and PS3, the $4.99/400 MS Point pack includes 10 challenge maps and three events: arena battles, drop assassinations, and time trials. Each challenge also has its own global leaderboard.

Dishonored DLC Dunwall City Trials gameplay trailer released
Bethesda has released a new gameplay trailer for Dunwall City Trials, the first of three DLC packs planned for Arkane Studios’ Dishonored. The pack will include 10 challenge maps and feature three events: arena battles, drop assassinations, and time trials. Each challenge will also have its own global leaderboard. Players will be able to put their skills to the test on December 11 when Dunwall City Trials launches for 360, PC, and PS3 for $4.99/400 MS Points.

Ace Combat Assault Horizon Games on Demand, PSN, Steam bound
Namco Bandai has announced that Ace Combat Assault Horizon will launch as three different packages on Live Games on Demand and PSN on December 18, and in early 2013 for PC. The standard version is already available for $19.99 on PSN, while the upcoming release will be the $29.99 + DLC Pack edition that includes adds six new aircraft and two maps. Live Games on Demand will only offer the standard edition, while Steam will only offer the $34.99 Enhanced Edition for PC. Additionally, a new patch will be available for the 360 and PS3 versions today to fix multiplayer exploits and address minor gameplay and balance issues. It was also announced that the Game Integrated Web Site will end service.

DmC Devil May Cry demo now available on Live Marketplace, PSN
A new demo has launched on Live and PSN for Capcom and Ninja Theory’s DmC Devil May Cry. The demo features two levels, a boss fight with a Succubus, an unlockable difficulty level (Son of Sparda), and access to several weapons, including the Rebellion, Arbiter, and Osiris.

Silent Hill: Downpour patch launches for PlayStation 3
The patch for Silent Hill: Downpour that launched last month for 360 is now live for PS3. The update, available through PSN, is said to improve the frame rate, fix the save system, fix bugs in the Homeless side quest, and include other “performance enhancements/bug fixes.”
