El Presidente to pave way to glory in new Tropico 4 DLC
El Presidente has looked out on his island fiefdom and decided that it’s missing the kind of relaxing scenery only available through the heavy use of concrete. Nothing says tropical paradise like soul-crushing gray. And today he’ll get the chance to make his vision come to life with the Quick Dry Cement DLC pack for Tropico 4. The 400 MS Point/$4.99 release, available for 360 and PC, adds a new Cement Factory building, which speeds up construction across the island; the Constructor character trait; a mission theme involving building an island-wide city; and numerous decorations, including a small park, flower bed, and constructor statue.

Ministry of Propaganda releases Tropico 4: Modern Times screens
Kalypso has released some new shots from the upcoming Tropico 4 expansion, Modern Times. Set to launch in March for the 360 and PC for 1200 MS Points/$19.99, Modern Times leapfrogs the island nation to the modern today, where 30 new buildings, 10 new edicts, 12 new scenario missions, new upgrades, and this newfangled thing called the Internet await El Presidente’s attention. Aside from space stations, skyscrapers, biofarms, and festivals of love, the present also brings with it a new threat to the regime.

Air Conflicts: Secret Wars downs an ace, lands on PS3
PlayStation 3 owners finally get a chance to suit up and take to the skies in both World Wars with Air Conflicts: Secret Wars. In addition to the single-player mode, comprised of 49 missions over seven campaigns spread out across Europe and North Africa, and three multiplayer modes, the PS3 version also includes 3D support and PlayStation Move motion controller functionality. Tropico 4 – The Junta DLC announced for 360, PC
El Presidente hasn’t been in office long, and he is already expanding his offerings with a new DLC pack for Tropico 4, The Junta. The 400 MS Point/$4.99 pack will be available on November 9 on Live Marketplace for the 360, and a few days later, on November 11, on Steam as well as via the in-game Launcher for PC. The Junta will include the new Bunker building, the new Veteran character trait, a female Dress Uniform outfit, several new decoration items (Guard booth, Small observation tower, Camouflaged ammo depot, Concrete barricades, and APC), and the New Sparta mission theme.

Dungeons – The Dark Lord gets free Halloween-themed DLC
Realmforge and Kalypso are celebrating Halloween the right way with free DLC for Dungeons – The Dark Lord. Starting today, Halloween-themed graphics will liter the dungeons while two new prestige gimmicks, a new Jack-o’-lantern spell, and an entirely new Halloween map will be added once the update is downloaded. Gamers wanting gold instead of candy loot can disable the themed goodies from the main menu.

Air Conflicts: Secret Wars takes to the skies for 360, PC
Air Conflicts: Secret Wars, a new arcade-style combat flight sim from Kalypso, is now available for the 360 and PC. Virtual pilots will fly sorties during both World War I and II throughout Europe and North Africa. Seven campaigns comprised of 49 missions will require players to take on a variety of tasks, including patrolling, bombing, and escorting. Secret Wars includes an upgrade system as well as two control schemes, one geared towards casual pilots and another for flight sim vets.
