Sine Mora brings side-scrolling shooting action to 360
Sine Mora, a new shooter from Digital Reality and Grasshopper Manufacture, is now available on Live Arcade for the 360. Dubbed a “dieselpunk shoot ‘em up,” the 1,200 MS Point exclusive features 60-plus plane combinations, time-altering devices, a score by Akira Yamaoka, and set pieces designed by Mahiro Maeda.

No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise demo now on PSN
A new demo for No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise has launched on PSN. The upcoming PS3-exclusive revamped port of the original, set to hit store shelves August 16, will feature updated visuals and support for the PS Move. The demo offers a chance for players to check out the new look as well as try out Travis’ beam katana using the Move setup.

Shadows of the Damned on store shelves, weirding other games out
Grasshopper Manufacture’s Shadows of the Damned is now available for the 360 and PS3. The EA-published grindhouse-inspired horror-action title was created by Suda51 (No More Heroes) and Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil), and features music from composer Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill). As professional demon hunter Garcia Hotspur, players must master the balance between light and dark in order to save Garcia’s love, Paula, from the Lord of Demons. Garcia isn’t alone as a former demon with the power to transform into upgradeable weapons, Johnson, will help him navigate the underworld’s puzzles and destroy its denizens. Yep, sounds about like a Grasshopper Manufacture game.

No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise release date announced
Konami has announced that No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise, the Move-enabled PS3 re-release of the 2008 Wii original, will be launching in North America on August 16. The company also clarified that the upcoming Red Zone Edition in Japan is not a new game but a version of the 2010 Japan-only PS3 No More Heroes updated for Move compatibility. So worry not, NMH fans, Heroes’ Paradise is the latest version.

Shadows of the Damned – new screens released
With its release date closing in, EA has sent some new shots of Grasshopper Manufacture’s upcoming third-person shooter Shadows of the Damned. On June 21, 360 and PS3 gamers will get to take on the role of demon hunter Garcia Hotspur as he fights his way through Hell to save his love, Paula.
