Mamma mia! New Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition screens
Namco Bandai has released a new batch of screenshots for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition. Street Fighter X Tekken now available in stores, online for PS Vita
Street Fighter X Tekken has launched for PS Vita. The handheld version of the fighter features 55 brawlers, a gallery mode, multiplayer via 3G or Wi-Fi, front and rear touchpad support, near functionality, Cross-Play support with the PS3 version, and the new skill-based Burst Kumite survival mode.

Marvel vs. Capcom Origins now available on Live, PSN
Capcom’s two-in-one set Marvel vs. Capcom Origins has launched on Live Arcade and PSN. The 1200 MS Point/$14.99 release includes two of the series’ earliest entries, Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. Touted as being arcade perfect, the versions included in the collection also feature eight-player lobbies and spectator mode, replay saving, HD upgrades, and dynamic challenges.

Street Fighter x Tekken Mobile launches for iOS on App Store
Capcom’s latest console crossover fighter has landed on the App Store today with the launch of Street Fighter x Tekken Mobile. Available for a limited-time promotional price of $2.99, SFxT Mobile features redesigned controls, 10 fighters, the new Gauntlet Mode survival mode, and multiplayer versus over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Global rankings are also available through Game Center.

Midway Arcade Origins to bring 30-plus retro titles to 360, PS3
Midway has had a few popular compilations over the years, with last generation’s Arcade Treasure line being a noteworthy set, and Warner Bros. is ensuring that the current generation will get their retro fix with Midway Arcade Origins. Currently in development at Backbone Entertainment, Arcade Origins will contain over 30 titles from yesteryear, including Gauntlet, Joust, Marble Madness, Spy Hunter, and Super Off Road. The games will also support up to three players in local co-op as well as leaderboards.

NCsoft prepping Blade & Soul MMO for Western release
Following up the successful launch of Guild Wars 2, NCsoft has announced their plans to bring their martial-arts-themed fantasy MMO Blade & Soul to Western markets. Developed by their in-house studio Team Bloodlust in Seoul, NCsoft states that Blade & Soul will allow players “to experience the flowing nature of action martial arts” reminiscent of the combat in such films as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Players will be able to choose from four races and eight classes, as well as several professions, as they attempt to defeat Jin Seoyeon, destroyer of the Hongmoon Clan, in a world infused with Asian folklore.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in stores, ready to mix it up on 360, PS3
Tekken Tag Tournament 2, featuring none other than Snoop Dogg (?), has hit store shelves for 360 and PS3. The follow-up to the 2000 original sports the series’ largest roster to date, as well as a host of new features, such as the Fight Lab for learning the basics and more advanced combos, Pair Play for four-player action, and the ability to play solo against a single opponent or a tag team. Online play has also been augmented by the World Tekken Federation, a free service that tracks players’ stats and analyzes performance.

The King of Fighters XIII launches on Live Games on Demand, PSN
The King of Fighters XIII, which seems to have made quite a splash at the last Evo tournament, has hit the digital circuit for 360 and PS3. The fighter, released last year in retail, has launched on Live Marketplace and PS Store for $29.99—a cool ten bucks less than the physical version.
