Dragon’s Dogma contest, update, and new PS3 demo announced
Capcom has announced that they will be releasing a new demo for their fantastic action-RPG Dragon’s Dogma next week. The demo, exclusive to PS3, will allow players to utilize the character-customization system to create their own hero, and then take them character through the game’s Prologue, which ends with a battle against a nasty Hydra. Characters created for the demo will also be importable to the full version.

Dragon’s Dogma ventures forth onto 360, PS3, DLC announced
Dragon’s Dogma, Capcom’s open-world action-RPG, is now available for 360 and PS3. As the Arisen, players are chosen to leave their humble hamlet and set out on a quest to defeat a mighty dragon. With their computer-controlled pawns in tow, players embark on an adventure throughout a high-fantasy world that features open environments and “exhilarating skill-based action combat” to fulfill their role as a peasant turned warrior.

Dragon’s Dogma to host asynchronous boss battle
Dragon’s Dogma, Capcom’s upcoming open-world action-RPG, is including a unique boss battle that will take into account players’ attacks without featuring all of the players. Beneath Gran Soren lies the Everfall, and from within a dragon known as Ur-Dragon will spawn and challenge players during their campaign. But players, and their computer-controlled allies known as pawns, will not be facing it alone, as others will also be battling the beast in a lengthy asynchronous encounter within their own campaign.
