Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen detailed, release date announced
Capcom has released new details about the expansion to their action-RPG Dragon’s Dogma, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen. Scheduled to launch for 360 and PS3 on April 23 as a download and on disc, Dark Arisen will feature a new area, over 25 new enemies, a new skill tier, 100-plus new pieces of equipment with new enhancement tiers, 14 new augments, greater character customization, item appraisal, optional Japanese voice track, and all of the content from the original game. Given that the original is one of our favorites from last year, that, as well as the $39.99 price tag, is great news. Veterans can look forward to easier travel and a refined menu system, plus a handful of extras: 100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones, and the six-costume Gransys Armour Pack.
