Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s fourth downloadable pack, Salvation, will debut for PS4 on September 6. The Treyarch-developed drop will add four multiplayer maps and the last installment of Origins Zombies, Revelations. The maps, detailed below, include a medieval castle, an oversized picnic layout, and two reimaginings. Black Ops II’s Standoff is taking on a Western-style flair in Outlaws, and World at War’s Outskirts will be turned into a futuristic repair facility. Revelations will find the time-jumping, space-traveling heroes facing off for one last fight, this time against Doctor Monty in The House.

Halo 5: Guardians – Anvil’s Legacy DLC, Forge for PC to hit Sept. 8

Halo 5: Forge is set to launch on September 8 for Windows 10. Releasing alongside Forge will be Halo 5: Guardians’ ninth free content update, Anvil’s Legacy. Forge will allow players to create, share, and play on maps for Halo 5, which should be easier with a keyboard and mouse, and will also feature sharper visuals, including support for 4k, the ability to play and host 16-player custom matches, and a new multiplatform content browser. Anvil’s Legacy will also include a streamlined crossover content browser for Forge, plus two new maps (Arena’s Mercy, Warzone’s Temple) and several new REQs. The requisitions will add three weapons, Sound Dampener attachments, and customization options.

Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel announced, launching early 2017

Bandai Namco has detailed the first downloadable add-on for Dark Souls III, Ashes of Ariandel. The first of two expansions, Ashes of Ariandel will send players to the frozen realm of Ariandel to uncover the evil behind the land’s woes. The journey will feature new armor sets, enemies, magic, weapons, and (undetailed) multiplayer features. Events will also expand on the overarching storyline. A batch of screenshots, along with a trailer, were released to offer an early look at the new quest.

With Deus Ex: Mankind Divided nearing its launch, Square Enix has announced the content of the season pass. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided – Season Pass is priced at $29.99 and includes several packs that add extra items as well as story missions. Strategies highlighted in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse trailer

Atlus has released a new strategy trailer for Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. The video showcases several tactics that players will utilize while in combat. Some of the elements highlighted in the video will be familiar to series veterans. As with its predecessor, Apocalypse will allow players to take the first turn during combat if they land an attack on enemies while exploring on the map. A further advantage can be attained by choosing the right attack type as enemies remain weak to one of the eight classes (elemental, melee, and gunfire). Destiny – The Collection, digital legacy upgrade promo announced

As Bungie preps the next add-on for Destiny, Rise of Iron, the studio is also planning on releasing an all-in-one package, Destiny – The Collection. Scheduled to launch on September 20, alongside Rise of Iron, the bundle will include Expansion I & II, The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King, and Rise of Iron. Players who pre-order Collection digitally will be able to immediately download the game and all available expansions. Digital and physical pre-orders will also receive the black and silver Iron Gjallarhorn rocket launcher. For those who own The Taken King digitally on a legacy console, from now until January 31, Bungie is offering a $40 upgrade path in the same console family.

Fallout 4’s final add-on, Nuka-World, received its first gameplay trailer today. The footage offers an overview of the sixth expansion’s additions and setting, a dilapidated amusement park that doubles as a base for Raiders. The makeshift city has several themed areas, including Safari Adventure, Kiddie Kingdom, and Galactic Zone. Players can use the park as their own base to lead Raiders on missions to conquer surrounding settlements. Also featured are some of the new creatures, enemies, and weapons.

The drop also comes with the next entry in the Zombies’ Origins series, Gorod Krovi. The latest installment of the horror-themed spin-off is set in an alternate past where players must face mechanized zombies and dragons while battling their way through Stalingrad.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is getting the ‘game of the year’ treatment—and soon. CD Projekt Red has announced that Geralt is going all-in on August 30 with a Wild Hunt complete set that includes the original game, Hearts of Stone, Blood and Wine, and all minor downloadable packs. Sure it’s been out for over a year, but what do formalities matter when we’re talking about a hundred-plus hours of slaying monsters and tackling top-notch, well-written quests.

Dead Rising 1, 2, Off the Record announced for PC, PS4, Xbox One

Capcom is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dead Rising by looking back to its past. Beginning on September 13, Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will launch digitally for Xbox One and, in their PlayStation debut, PS4. Not just that, but Dead Rising and Dead Rising 2 will also get physical releases for console, while the original will be available on Steam for PC.
