Bandai Namco has released Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth for PS4 and PS Vita. After strange portals open on Earth, the digital realm begins to merge with the real world. During the process, dangerous Digimon cross over on a mission to destroy our world. To stop them, players become cyber detectives to investigate and close the rifts. Over 200 Digimon can be raise, trained, and evolved, with players taking on the AI as well as each other online in turn-based combat.

Final Fantasy X/X2-HD Remaster now available for PS4

Final Fantasy X/X2-HD Remaster has officially made the jump from PS3 to PS4. As with the previous-gen version, the Remaster set includes Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm cinematic, Final Fantasy X-2, Final Fantasy X-2: Last Mission playable mission, and a 30-minute audio drama narrated by the characters that details the events after X-2. The latest version sports a new remastered soundtrack that can be swapped with the original on the fly, visual upgrades for more monsters and non-playable characters, and the ability to transfer saves across the PS3 and PS Vita versions. A new dynamic theme, To Zanarkand, is also available on PS Store for $3.49, which features the song playing over a campfire scene.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster heading to PS4 this May

Square Enix has announced that they will be bringing out last year’s Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for PS4 on May 12. In addition to the two previously Japanese-only extras added to the original collection, the Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm cinematic and Final Fantasy X-2: Last Mission playable mission, the game will also feature cross-save support with the PS3 and PS Vita versions, support for remote play, and the ability to switch between the original soundtrack and the remastered version. A physical pre-order bonus was also revealed, a calendar featuring artwork by Yoshitaka Amano.

Natural Doctrine release date now September 30

Judging by comments about the import version, the weeklong delay should offer gamers the chance to better prepare for the pain that Kadokawa Game has in store for them in their quest to clear out the lands near the fortress city of Feste.

Natural Doctrine gets new website, first batch of English screenshots

NIS has released the first set of localized screenshots from Natural Doctrine. The shots are being released alongside the launch of the official site. The fantasy-themed strategy title, the first game from Demon Gaze developer Kadokawa Game Studio, will be launching this September and support both cross-play and cross-save.
