DmC Devil May Cry available for 360 and PS3, next week for PC
Ninja Theory’s entry in the Devil May Cry series, DmC Devil May Cry, is now available for 360 and PS3. PC gamers will get their chance to take young Dante through the reimagined origin story on January 25 when DmC launches on various digital outlets. The 100-level Bloody Palace Mode will be available shortly as free DLC, while Vergil’s Downfall, a pack offering a new chapter as well as new weapons and combos, will be available for purchase at the end of next month.

DmC Devil May Cry to get free Bloody Palace Mode DLC
With its launch just six days away, Capcom has announced that Bloody Palace Mode will be returning in DmC Devil May Cry. The mode will be available as a free post-launch download for all platforms, and unlocked after the main game’s completion. Bloody Palace Mode will feature 100 levels filled with waves of enemies and five boss fights. A global leaderboard will also be supported to track the best runs.

Capcom releases new DmC Devil May Cry trailer
Ninja Theory’s upcoming entry in the Devil May Cry series is a little over a week away, so what better time for a somewhat bizarre trailer? The modern-day tale is actually set during Dante’s younger days in an alternate universe, which has apparently been overrun by cool-looking masked creatures who are itching for some severe beatings (and guttings).

Street Fighter X Mega Man available for PC, Mega Man 1-6 3DS bound
Mega Man turns 25 today, and as with Street Fighter, Capcom has plans to celebrate the anniversary all year long. To kicks things off, the free PC Street Fighter X Mega Man crossover platformer announced last week is now available at Capcom-Unity.com. The game features eight levels themed after Street Fighter, and eight fighters to battle as end-area bosses.

DmC Devil May Cry for PC dated and detailed, plus new screens
Capcom has announced that the PC version of Ninja Theory’s DmC Devil May Cry will launch on January 25, ten days after the console version. The Windows version is being developed by QLOC S.A. and is slated to be a Steam-only release. AMD’s Eyefinity and CrossFire technologies will be supported, as well as multiple control devices, including keyboard and mouse, the Xbox 360 controller, and a variety of third-party direct-input controllers. And as with other Steam titles, Cloud saving, achievements, friends support, and leaderboards will also be supported.

Street Fighter X Mega Man set to launch next week for free for PC
As part of their celebrations for Street Fighter’s 25th anniversary, Capcom has announced their plans to release a fan-made Mega Man crossover title for free. The 8-bit-styled retro platfromer, developed by Seow Zong Hui (aka “Sonic”) in conjunction with Capcom, will be available for PC on December 17 through Capcom-Unity.com. Players will take the blue bomber through eight Street Fighter-themed levels and face off against some of gaming’s most famous fighters.

Resident Evil 6 title update, Live-first DLC release dates announced
Resident Evil 6 will be seeing its first round of DLC soon when Predator, Survivors, and Onslaught launch on Live Marketplace on December 18. Each pack is priced at 320 MS Points or as a bundle for 720 MS Points. The drops, detailed below, will be preceded by a title update on December 17. The update will unlock Ada Wong’s campaign, allow players to adjust the camera, add the No Hope difficulty level, and allow players to mix and match voice over and subtitle options.

DmC Devil May Cry demo now available on Live Marketplace, PSN
A new demo has launched on Live and PSN for Capcom and Ninja Theory’s DmC Devil May Cry. The demo features two levels, a boss fight with a Succubus, an unlockable difficulty level (Son of Sparda), and access to several weapons, including the Rebellion, Arbiter, and Osiris.

DmC Devil May Cry to get Vergil’s Downfall DLC for 360, PS3
DmC Devil May Cry’s first post-release DLC pack will be giving Dante’s brother some time to shine with Vergil’s Downfall. The new chapter will feature a new storyline, weapons, enemies, and locations. The downloadable drop—Capcom notes that the content is not on the disc—will be available on Live Marketplace and PSN for 720 MS Points/$8.99, and for free for gamers who pre-order the game at GameStop.
