DuckTales: Remastered release dates announced, trailer released

The recently announced DuckTales: Remastered from Capcom and Wayforward has been officially dated, and we have three dates: August 13, August 20, and September 11. The downloadable versions for PC, PS3, and Wii U versions will launch on August 13, while the Xbox Live version will launch on September 11 for 360. A special boxed version, exclusive to PS3, will launch on August 20, which is set to include a download code for the game and an exclusive collector’s pin. The game will run $14.99 for the digital versions and $19.99 for the boxed retail version. To celebrate, Wayforward has launched the first in a new video Duckumentary series, showing some behind-the-scenes footage of the development process.

Namco Bandai has released Project X Zone, a cross-over strategy-RPG exploding with fan service. After a rift tears open the borders between time and space, 200 characters from over 25 franchises from Capcom, Namco Bandai, and Sega find themselves teaming up and battling new villains in an attempt to restore order. Characters from Street Fighter, Tekken, Resonance of Fate, Dead Rising, Mega Man, Resident Evil, Virtua Fighter, and more will pair off and assist each other with such fighter-styled moves as Cross Hits, Support Attacks, and Special Attacks.

Capcom has announced that Dotnod’s Remember Me is now available for 360, PC, and PS3. The Paris-based developer’s latest takes place in 2048, during a time when memories are digitized for sharing and selling. As Nilin, a former memory hunter turned vigilante, players assist the rebel group Errorists in their battle against the Memorize company to prevent its Sensen technology from further corrupting its users’ memories and erasing their identities. Nilin is not only handy with combos, but she is also capable of altering events by manipulating other characters’ memories and rearranging glitches.
