Call of Duty: WWII trailer details upcoming Multiplayer Private Beta

Call of Duty fans eager to know more about its online action are getting their chance today with the release of a new video. The WWII Multiplayer Private Beta trailer highlights some of the options that will be available when the beta goes live on August 25 for PS4. Gamers can look forward to trying out some of the new maps as well as War Mode as part of all five Divisions, which replace the traditional Pick 10 Create-a-Class system. In addition to the introduction, Operation Breakout, three maps (Pointe Du Hoc, Ardennes, and Gibraltar) will be included along with several modes (Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint). Headquarters, Loot, Supply Drops, and eSports support will not be available during this period, however. Sledgehammer notes that the period will be critical to testing “core gameplay, our game systems, as well as a stress test of our online infrastructure at scale.” For more information, check out the studio’s latest blog post.
