Bethesda has released the fourth video in their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. series for Fallout 4. The highlighted attribute for this week is Charisma. Players will be able to not only make friends but also talk their way out of tricky situations by turning on the charm. Players looking to catch up on all things Fallout before the upcoming release of Fallout 4 have a chance to get the entire series in one go today with the release of Fallout Anthology. The $49.99 set includes five games, along with each title’s run of downloadable content: Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, and Fallout Tactics. The box also contains an empty space for a copy of Fallout 4, and all of it is housed in a mini-nuke storage case that makes a bomb sound.

QuakeCon will be returning to the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Bethesda has announced that the four-day event will take place Thursday, August 4 through Sunday, August 7, 2016. General attendance will once again be free, but as in years past, special for-pay packages will be offered for reserved seating at events, shorter waits, and bags of items.

Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited gets Imperial City DLC for PC

The first download pack for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, Imperial City, has gone live for Mac and Windows PC. Console gamers will be able to download it on September 16. The expansion finds the Imperial City overrun by the Daedric forces of Prince Molag Bal and all three alliances facing off to regain the city for themselves. The add-on features six Imperial Districts offering areas for player-versus-player and player-versus-environment combat; new dungeons, with the Imperial Sewers for small groups of player-versus-player and player-versus-environment challenges, and White-Gold Tower and Imperial Prison for player-versus-environment challenges; new quests and enemies; and a new form of currency, Tel Var Stones, along with Veteran Rank 16 weapons and kit. Players can also explore to find an assortment of new costumes, mounts, pets, and polymorphs.

New console owners are getting their chance to explore the plagued-filled streets of Dunwall today with the release of Dishonored Definitive Edition for PS4 and Xbox One. The latest outing includes graphically enhanced versions of the original game along with all downloadable content: Dunwall City Trials, The Knife of Dunwall, The Brigmore Witches, and Void Walker’s Arsenal. The packs add a two-part side story starring the assassin Daud, whom you will get to know in the original story, a 10-map challenge, and all four downloads that were previously pre-order bonuses.

The MMO, set in the world made famous by Morrowind and Skyrim, has recently transitioned from a subscription-based to a single-purchase model, with $59.99 buying the original game along with all content updates and additions. However, the game does feature optional in-game purchases for customization and convenience items. An ESO Plus subscription is also on offer for those who want access to all downloadable content packs, exclusive in-game perks, and a monthly stipend of crowns.
