Atlus has revealed the official box art for Vanillaware’s upcoming four-player hack-and-slash brawler, Dragon’s Crown. To sweeten the pot, Atlus also released the cover to the pre-order 64-page art book. Despite the PS3 and PS Vita versions sharing the same cover, it was noted that the game will not support cross-buy.

Beware, there be demons about! Atlus has launched Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers in stores and on the eShop for 3DS. Originally an import-only release for the Sega Saturn, this lost entry in the Shin Megami Tensei series has been brought back from 1997 so that players can travel to the near-future and experience the virtual world of Paradigm X and demon-infested city of Amami. The 3DS version retains the original’s graphics but has a revamped touch interface that allows for easy access to new hacks.

Atlus has announced that Vanillaware’s upcoming hack-and-slash title Dragon’s Crown will be hitting store shelves for the PS3 and PS Vita this summer. The one- to four-player brawler has players choose one of six heroes from different classes to take into the dungeons of Hydeland in order to destroy monsters and loot as much booty as they can carry. Multiplayer will be supported via drop-in play on PS3 and adhoc on PS Vita, but unfortunately, cross-platform play is not in the cards.

Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers gameplay trailer, screens released

Atlus has released a new trailer for their upcoming 3DS cyberpunk- and gothic-horror-themed dungeon-crawler Soul Hackers. The gameplay footage provides a glimpse as to what gamers can expect wandering around Amami City, battling and negotiating with demons. Extra screenshots have also been posted, which show a few of the characters that players will meet during their journey.
