Another week means another team reveal for The King of Fighters XIV, and this time it’s Team South America. The squad consists of self-trained ninja Bandeiras Hattori, rain forest environmentalist and Capoeira practitioner Zarina, and up-and-coming boxer Nelson. In addition to the team’s trailer, there are also a host of videos from the E3 2016 Exhibition. Five are posted below, and the rest can be found on Atlus’ playlist. The crew’s competition currently consists of Team Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Kim, Villains, and Official Invitation.

A team of newcomers arrives to compete in The King of Fighter XIV

The King of Fighter XIV’s newest members are getting their debut trailer today as Team Official Invitation. Each was personally invited by the host of the tournament, the billionaire Antonov. Sylvie is a slightly unhinged ex-member of NEST, modified to utilize electrical attacks during fights. Kukri is a mysterious hooded fighter who is capable of wielding sand. Rounding out the trio is Mian, a practitioner of face-changing who is capable “of graceful and vigorous dance moves.” To check out their competition, check out the trailers for Team Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Kim, and Villains.

Atlus localizing PS Vita RPG Caligula, launching next spring

Atlus has announced that they will be localizing FuRyu and Aquria’s role-playing game Caligula. The game will be a digital-only release for PS Vita and is scheduled to launch next spring. Not much else is known about the North America release, aside from a note that the game will retain the original Japanese audio. That said, an attack on the English Channel or a horse becoming a consul doesn’t seem likely. Maybe next time. On a positive note, some screenshots from the Japanese version were sent along to liven the news.

The King of Fighters XIV’s Team Art of Fighting is passing the spotlight onto this week’s roster reveal, Team Kim. Mr. Legs himself Kim Kaphwan is being joined by Gang-Il and Luong. The trio of Tae Kwon Do practitioners has a strong bond, with Gang-II being Kim’s master and Luong being the former’s face-bashing significant other. Persona 5 to be released February 14, special editions detailed

Persona fans can finally rest easy, Atlus has announced the release date for Persona 5. The game will launch on February 14 as two special version: a first-run SteelBook Launch Edition and as the “Take Your Heart” Premium Edition. The $89.99 premium version will come packed with goodies: a 4-inch plushie of Phantom Thieves member and unofficial mascot Morgana, Japanese-style school bag modeled after those worn by students at Shujin Academy, soundtrack CD, 64-page hardcover art book with work from character designer Shigenori Soejima (who will also be at their E3 booth), the launch edition’s SteelBook case, and a massive collector’s box. Deadly Tower of Monsters developer Ace Team is returning to world of rolling boulders for the good of mankind with Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder. The epoch-spanning tower-defense-styled title will continue in its predecessor’s footsteps by having players crush whatever is in their path. After Atlas misplaces an item necessary to keep the world running smoothly, rulers throughout history have decided to run amok. Various periods of art history are being used to represent the struggle, from Surrealism to Late Gothic, as players attempt to defend their resource nodes and destroy enemy castles. New to the series is a four-player competitive co-op mode where two teams of two try to gather resources and build defenses while destroying their rivals.
