Sherlock Holmes is set to star in his first original game on the DS: Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of Osborne House. The new adventure is stated to have been designed from the ground up with the system in mind, though just how much it will take advantage of the DS’ capabilities has yet to be reveled. I bet there’s touch screen support.

As the famous Victorian-era detective, you will lead the case of Queen Victoria's missing genealogical records. Along with the ever-faithful Doctor Watson, you will have to make your way through dozens of riddles, puzzles, and brainteasers. In addition to scouring for clues throughout the many screens your journey will take you on, you will also meet the strange cast of characters involved with the Royal Family and their latest mystery. Go pack your pipes and grab your hat, Holmes fans, something is afoot! (Har!)
