A new 60-second trailer has launched for Bungie’s upcoming shooter Destiny. The Jon Favreau-directed trailer, titled Law of the Jungle, features Giancarlo “Gus” Esposito and a mixture of live action and CG. Gamers wanting to check it out on TV will be able to watch it on May 25 on TNT during the NBA Western Conference Finals.

Destiny is scheduled to come out for 360, PS3, PS4, and Xbox One. No release date has been announced.

The Metro: Last Light experience will be extended this summer with upcoming downloadable content, challenge, and tool kit packs. Deep Silver has announced that 4A Games is set to release two single-player story content drops, Faction Pack and Chronicles Pack, the solo challenge Tower Pack, and the Developer Pack. Faction Pack is set to be the first out, and is scheduled to launch next month.

All of the DLC is available for $14.99/1200 MS Points as part of the Season Pass, and from now until June 4, PS Plus subscribers can pick it up for 25% off. Season Passes also come with a bonus weapon, the Abzats semi-automatic shotgun rifle.

Metro: Last Light is currently available for 360, PC, and PS3.

Warner Bros. Interactive has announced that they will be published Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC later this summer. Set for a digital release on July 3 and retail release on August 6, the High Voltage Software-ported Komplete Edition will include the original game as well as all available DLC. The post-launch packs added four new fighters (Freddy Krueger, Kenshi, Rain, and Skarlet), 15 Klassic Skins, and three Klassic Fatalities for Reptile, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero.

Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition is scheduled to launch for PC online on July 3 and in stores on August 6.

EA has announced that Dice will have PS4 and Xbox One versions of Battlefield 4 ready in time for release this holiday season. Two new pre-order programs have also launched, one for the physical release and the other for digital. The first extra is the digital expansion China Rising for boxed versions, which will include new vehicles, new gear, and four multiplayer maps set in mainland China. PC gamers that pre-order the Digital Deluxe version through Origin will also receive China Rising, as well as bonus items and access to the multiplayer beta.

Dice and EA are also gearing up for E3 2013. Multiplayer will be shown live at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, during The Download: EA 2013 Preview on EA’s E3 site. Dice will also be streaming from E3 to the official Battlefield site. For those attending the show, EA is offering some hands-on time with multiplayer at their booth (#1601).

Battlefield 4 will be available for 360, PC, and PS3 on October 29, and shortly thereafter for PS4 and Xbox One.

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag (360, PC, PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox One)

Ubisoft has confirmed that both Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs will be available for Xbox One. Those are only two of at least six titles that the studio plans to release during the system’s first year. Both ACIV and Watch Dogs are scheduled to launch for the Xbox One later this year.

Strike Suit Zero received its first DLC drop today with the launch of Heroes of the Fleet. The pack takes players back in time by having them fight five of the most famous battles of the U.N.E. and Colonial War in a training simulator. By going through the encounters, players will also learn the origins of the famed Colonial Black Fleet. A new mod tool set, XedMod, has also launched alongside Heroes of the Fleet. The kit is available for free on Steam workshop for everyone who owns Strike Suit Zero.

As master thief Garrett, players will once again pull off daring heists as they case locations and keep to the shadows to avoid guards, traps, and even the supernatural in their quest for justice.

Zen Studios has announced that their upcoming physics-based tower-defense title CastleStorm will launch on May 29 on Live Arcade. The Pinball FX2 developer stated that the inspiration behind the design, which also includes offensive ground-based attacks, was their childhood memories of building and destroying Lego castles. To that end, a built-in castle editor will allow players to test their strongholds off and online. In addition to a 12-level, story-drive campaign, the game will also feature online multiplayer and co-op play.

CastleStorm will be available on Live Arcade on May 29 for 800 MS Points.

The console re-release of Resident Evil Revelations has shipped to retail and will be in stores tomorrow. In addition to physical copies being available for 360, PC, PS3, and Wii U, Revelations will also be available online on eShop, PSN, and Steam, and in the near future on Live Games on Demand. Set between Resident Evil 4 and 5, Revelations follows Jill and Chris, along with other members of the BSAA, as they investigate the T-Abyss virus and the events surrounding the destruction of Terragrigia. The new version features updated visuals, the new Infernal Mode difficulty level, the new Wall Blister enemy, and new weapons and skills for Raid Mode.

Downloadable content will also be released next month. On June 4, the Resistance Set and Enhancement Set will add six weapon upgrades apiece for each character for $1.99/160 MS Points. On June 11, two Raid Mode character drops will launch for $2.99/240 MS Points, one adding Rachael Ooze and the other Lady Hunk. The last content scheduled is a small set of individual weapon upgrade drops on June 18 for Jill Valentine, Parker Luciani, and Jessica Sherawat, each priced at $.99/80 MS Points.
