THQ Nordic has announced two new titles for Nintendo Switch. The studio will be publishing both this summer, with the role-playing game Battle Chasers: Nightwar hitting later this summer or early fall for $29.99, and the time-bending side-scrolling shooter Sine Mora EX this summer for $19.99. The latter will be expanded with additional challenges, three new modes (Race, Tanks, Dodgeball), and 4K support for PC and PS4 Pro. Trailers and screenshots for both have been posted below.
Nintendo Switch owners will be able to pop and clear their way to victory today with a demo of the crossover puzzler Puyo Puyo Tetris. The trial, available through eShop, features a tutorial for Puyo Puyo and Tetris, Versus and Swap modes for local Multiplayer, and Versus and Swap modes for Solo Arcade. Several tutorial videos from Puyo pro Phong Tran are also on offer and can be found below the post.
Console gamers are getting the chance to try the first hour of Prey on April 27 with the release of Prey Demo: Opening Hour. The trial will allow players to take a look around the interstellar research facility Talos I, shortly after it’s been overrun by aliens, as recently awoken subject Morgan Yu. A new trailer has also been released highlighting the gameplay options possible during the initial hour.
Angel, Kula, Meitenkun, and Sylvie are expanding their wardrobe with new downloadable outfits. There are four alternate costumes on offer for $2.99 each. Players can grab some new pajamas for Meitenkun, a Little Red Riding Hood outfit for Sylvie, a sundress for Kula, and a Diabla look for Angel.
Players will get to rebust some heads this summer when Kazuma Kiryu returns in Yakuza Kiwami on August 29. The HD-ified updated re-release will feature re-recorded Japanese dialog, all from the original voice actors, along with around 30 minutes of new cutscenes. As a bonus, all pre-order and first-run copies will come in a SteelBook. To get players reacquainted, Sega has released a new story trailer as well as created the Yakuza Experience website, which offers character descriptions, a series history, and the first of a 10-issue series of digital comics.
