Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege kicks off Year 2 tomorrow


Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege’s debut free update for Year 2, Operation Velvet Shell, is set to go live tomorrow for Season Pass holders. Non-holders can download it on February 14. Console and PC players will be able to access a new map, Coastline, located on the seashore of Ibiza, as two new Spanish operators from the Grupo Especial de Operaciones: Mira and Jackal. Mira is armed with the Vector 45 ACP and ITA12L and specializes in ballistics protection, allowing her to detect weak spots on machinery to reinforce it. Jackal can quickly spot irregularities and totes a C7E and a PDW9.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege – Operation Velvet Shell is scheduled to launch on February 7 for Season Pass holders and February 14 for non-holders for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
