Final Fantasy XV has sold over six million units, according to Square Enix. The figure includes copies sold at retail and through digital outlets. Five of the six million were sold on launch day. Post-release downloadable content has also gone live to expand the base game, with two drops on offer: the free Holiday Pack and for-pay Holiday Pack+. Downloading either pack will allow players to access a special upcoming in-game event, the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, beginning Tuesday, January 24.
