Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited gets Imperial City DLC for PC

The first download pack for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, Imperial City, has gone live for Mac and Windows PC. Console gamers will be able to download it on September 16. The expansion finds the Imperial City overrun by the Daedric forces of Prince Molag Bal and all three alliances facing off to regain the city for themselves. The add-on features six Imperial Districts offering areas for player-versus-player and player-versus-environment combat; new dungeons, with the Imperial Sewers for small groups of player-versus-player and player-versus-environment challenges, and White-Gold Tower and Imperial Prison for player-versus-environment challenges; new quests and enemies; and a new form of currency, Tel Var Stones, along with Veteran Rank 16 weapons and kit. Players can also explore to find an assortment of new costumes, mounts, pets, and polymorphs.

Xbox One Elite 1 TB SSHD Bundle, white controller coming in Nov.

Microsoft has revealed that they will be releasing a new Xbox One bundle later this year. The Xbox One Elite Bundle will come with a system sporting a matte finished and a 1 TB Solid State Hybrid Drive, said to improve performance up to 20 percent faster from energy-save mode, along with an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller. The bundle will be sold for $499 through Microsoft’s online store and GameStop beginning November 3. A new controller variant was also revealed, the $64.99 Special Edition Lunar White Wireless Controller, which will be similar to the standard wireless controller but feature an improved grip texture.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided dated, tiered pre-order program revealed

Square Enix has revealed that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be released on February 23 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. A pre-order promotion was also detailed, titled Augment Your Pre-Order. Similar to the approach taken with Drakengard 3, items are added as tier goals are met through pre-order sales. In this case, the extras will be available in the Day One Edition. Early buyers will not only be able to select which items they want from unlocked tiers, but they will also be given the chance to bump up the release date by four days. For those wanting a bit more, a Collector’s Edition will come with a 48-page art book, a 9” Adam Jensen figure, and a steelbook, in addition to all to the regular pre-order bonuses and a copy of the Day One Edition.

Sega releases Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax’s intro

Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax’s opening cinematic has been released. The upcoming crossover fighter from Ecole and French Bread features characters from various Dengeki Bunko novels as well as Sega-themed stages, from such series as Virtua On, Sonic, and Valkyria Chronicles. Sega fans should also note that the launch edition comes with a bonus soundtrack packed with remixed tracks from other Sega titles.

Noir investigative thriller Blues and Bullets out for Xbox One

The first episode in a new noir adventure title has gone live for Xbox One, Blues and Bullets. A Crowd of Monsters’ crime thriller is already available on Steam, and has made its way onto console through the ID@Xbox program. As former detective Eliot Ness, players must investigate crime scenes, interrogate suspects, question witnesses, and at times, draw down on the criminals of Santa Esperanza. How players interact with characters will also impact how they are received by the city’s inhabitants.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 Kickstarter campaign gets new goals, rewards

Larian has rolled out new stretch goals and bonus rewards for Divinity: Original Sin 2’s Kickstarter campaign. The goals are for the Strategist Mode, additional backer-chosen Skill Trees, unique Racial Trees, an Undead Origin option, and a new location, Hall of Echoes. But wait! Strategist Mode has already been unlocked. Two new rewards are also on offer, with backers who pledge at least $125 receiving the Digital Developer’s Diary and everyone who pledges over $200 receiving a signed piece of concept art.

Forza Motorsport 6 goes gold, new screens, final car list released

Turn 10 has announced that Forza Motorsport 6 has gone gold. The game is set to go live in two weeks for Ultimate Edition owners, and five days later for everyone else. An official demo is slated to hit Live even earlier, on September 1. Gamers who do grab the demo will find a free ride in their digital garage, the new Ford GT. The remaining 460 release cars were revealed today along with a few new screenshots, posted below, while the full list can be found here.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night trailers released for Nanako, Margaret

Atlus has released two new character videos for Persona 4: Dancing All Night. The latest trailer highlights Nanako and Margaret. Nanako takes a trip to visit Yu and gets a chance to perform for Rise’s manager, while Margaret continues to serve as the Velvet Room’s representative. A set of screenshots were also released for each trailer, and both batches can be found below.

Street Fighter V gets high-flying wrestler R. Mika

Another Street Fighter Alpha character has joined Nash in Street Fighter V, aspiring wrestler R. Mika. A heavy-hitting high-flyer, Rainbow Mika is a famous wrestler who is inspired by another beloved brawler, Zangief. She can also call upon her tag partner, Nadeshiko, to join in when players utilize her V-Trigger ability. PAX attendees can try a new demo at Capcom’s booth (#3103) that has R. Mika unlocked for play.
