Dragon Quest has once again found its way onto the mobile market with the release of Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. Available for Android devices, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, DQIV marks the beginning of the Zenithian Trilogy and features a novel progression design that has gamers play as each companion shortly before and up to when they meet up with the Hero, who then takes the lead in the final chapter. The mobile version allows for camera rotation via screen sliding as well as adds Party Talk, which allows players to talk with others during the journey, and an extra chapter.
After conquering the lands of Xbox Onia, Marius Titus has gathered the remnants of the XIV Gemina and set off on their next campaign to the far off lands of Computoria. Or if you would prefer to skip bad jokes: Crytek has announced that they and Deep Silver will be bringing the action title Ryse: Son of Rome to PC this fall. The new version will be released online and in stores, and it will include all previously released DLC as well as support 4K resolution. The download packs include five skins, 16 Arena maps (five for solo play), Survival Mode, and three extra Survival maps. In addition, PC gamers will also be getting two bonuses that came with the special edition of the Xbox One release, the Ruins multiplayer map and the Legionnaire’s Trust sword.
