Abyss Odyssey (360, PC, PS3)
Zeno Clash developer Ace Team’s next title is a side-scrolling, action-heavy adventure featuring procedurally generated levels, three characters, and a “complex fighting engine.” Abyss Odyssey is a download-only release scheduled to launch this summer. Citizens of Earth (3DS, PC, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U)
As the newly elected Vice President of the World, players must investigate the cause behind a recent outburst of mayhem amongst the planet’s denizens in Citizens of Earth. Up to 40 helpers must be gathered and duties delegated as gamers guide their followers to victory.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (360, PS3)
The sequel to Atlus and Arc System Works co-developed one-on-one fighter Persona 4 Arena will feature new characters, storylines, and moves. The investigation into the P-1 Grand Prix tournament that began in 2012 will continue later this fall in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. To find out what’s in store, check out our review of Persona 4 Arena.
Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth (3DS)
Fusing two of their biggest franchises together, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth will be part Persona and part Etrian Odyssey. The crews from Persona 3 and Persona 4 will team up in a new adventure designed in the Etrian Odyssey mold, complete with first-person dungeon crawling and F.O.E.s for an extra challenge. Pre-order/first-run extras and the Premium Edition pack-ins were detailed recently, and more info about both can be found here.
