NIS announced that they will be bringing back Disgaea 4 later this summer in a new updated version for PS Vita. A Promise Revisited, scheduled to launch on August 12 in stores and on PSN, will include the original game, A Promise Unforgotten, as well as all downloadable content. NIS will also be adding new scenarios, characters, job-specific abilities, music tracks, and a new spell tier as well as high-resolution sprites.
With less than a week to go until release, B.J. Blazkowicz is back in one last video outing for Wolfenstein: The New Order. The launch trailer, House of the Rising Sun, features Blazkowicz alongside resistance fighters battling the occupying Nazi forces. After a live-action intro of a peaceful protest being crushed, B.J. and company compare war wounds before some of the Third Reich’s stranger creatures appear (and are promptly blown away). On top of the destruction, you also get to enjoy a German-language version of House of the Rising Sun.
Capcom has confirmed that Ultra Street Fighter IV will be initially available as a download upgrade for SFIV on June 3 for PS3 and on June 4 for 360. The release date for the physical version was also confirmed, with both versions hitting store shelves on August 5. The PC version will go live in both formats, as a full download and an upgrade, on August 8 via Steam. As a pre-order bonus, gamers who put down on any version will receive the 2014 Challengers Costume Pack, which will include alternate costumes for all five of the new characters: Gladiator Decapre, Jungle Elena, Medieval Hugo, Pirate Poison, and Wizard Rolento. The promo begins today.
