As of today, with the release of the PC and Xbox One versions, Assassin’s Creed of Black Flag is now available for all announced platforms. As Edward Kenway, a former Royal Navy privateer turned pirate, players will sail around the West Indies in search of Templar and plunder. True to pirate form, players will be able to raid ports, hijack ships, and even exchange cannon fire with Blackbeard and other famous pirates from the era.
The PC version is available in three different packages: Standard, Deluxe Edition (bonus locations, items, and adventure featuring Liberation’s Aveline), and Uplay Deluxe Edition (all of the Deluxe Edition’s content as well as the Pride of the West Indies pack). The standard and deluxe editions are in stores and online, while the Uplay release is exclusive to Ubisoft’s digital outlet. A Season Pass is also available for $19.99, which includes a new four-hour, self-contained storyline featuring Adewale, Kenway’s first mate, as well as the Kraken Ship Pack, new missions, weapons, skins, and collectibles for 20 percent off the regular price of purchasing each pack individually.
