The first batch of screenshots from the localized version of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc has been released by NIS America. The investigative mystery title, originally released in 2010 for PSP, puts players in the shoes of Makoto Naegi, a student who must discover the identity of a demented bear named Monokuma. Monokuma has trapped the students in their school, Hope’s Peak Academy, turning it into a prison, and promised freedom to those who can get away with murder. Makoto must present his evidence to Monokuma, who serves as judge and jury in mock trials in which the accused are confronted with evidence Makoto has gathered surrounding the latest murder.

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is scheduled to launch next year for PS Vita.
