Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs has launched for PC on GOG, Desura, Steam, and other digital outlets. The atmospheric first-person horror title comes from Frictional Games and The Chinese Room, the studios behind Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Dear Esther, and is described as a “narrative-driven horror, free of combat and complex puzzles.”

As industrialist Oswald Mandus, players must uncover the origins of a strange machine that he finds after returning in ill health from a failed expedition to Mexico in 1899. He has no weapons or allies and must instead rely on his trusty lantern to see him through.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs is available for Linux, Mac, and Windows PC for $19.99 from GOG, Desura, Mac Game Store, and Steam.
