Two new patches have gone live for space-based action-RPG Drox Operative. The latest official update, 1.015, adds controller support, while the newest beta patch, 1.016, includes a number of additional tweaks. Details for both 1.015 and 1.016 are available below. Some of the beta patch’s changes include the ability for planets to build and transfer ships to other planets, new ancient race dialog, and various fixes for icons and text. The new update also addresses some controller-related issues.
UFO Interactive has released Mamorukun Curse!, a new top-down vertical shooter from G.rev Ltd. and Gulti, for PS3. The download-only release features Mamorukun and other Chosen Souls blasting their way through the evil forces sent from the World of Darkness to save the Netherworld. Players get to choose from seven characters, each with access to a special curse shot and their own unique attack patterns, and three different modes.
Atlus has announced the release of the latest in long-running, ever-expanding Shin Megami Tensei series, Shin Megami Tensei IV. As a samurai of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado, players must take up their blade (and gun) and investigate the recent outbreak of demon attacks. During their journey, countless demons will be fused, summoned, and crushed. For those wanting some extras, all launch copies come in a limited set that includes a slip cover, a 176-page strategy and design book, and a music CD with tracks from throughout the series.
Imageepoch’s hand-drawn role-playing Time and Eternity is now available for PS3. The NIS-published release begins as a couple is attacked on their wedding day. During the surprise assault, the bride’s alter ego emerges, causing the two to go back in time on a quest to ensure that the murder never takes place. Players must travel the lands of Kamza in search of the future murderers, using swords, firearms, and the powers of time itself to battle monsters and assassins along the way.
Arkane Studios has announced the final DLC pack for Dishonored, The Brigmore Witches. The follow-up to The Knife of Dunwall tasks players with seeing Daud’s adventure to its end as he battles, negotiates, and navigates his way to his final target: Delilah, the Brigmore Witch coven’s leader. Players will also square off against the original’s protagonist, Corvo Attano.
