New DuckTales: Remastered trailer, screenshots released

Capcom has released a new video for their upcoming platformer DuckTales: Remastered. The trailer features Launchpad in a video postcard to Scrooge giving gamers tips for making their way through a dangerous mine. Another video has been posted as well, a behind-the-scenes look from developers WayForward. In the latter video, gamers get a peek at what it took for the studio to create the game’s hand-drawn sprites in a new five-minute entry in their Duckumentary series.

Infinity Ward to debut Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer live on Aug. 14

A livestream reveal of Call of Duty: Ghosts’ multiplayer component will air later this month, according to Activision. The studio has announced that Infinity Ward will be holding a global reveal on August 14 at 10:30 a.m. (PDT) at The release noted that the event “will go in-depth on all things multiplayer,” so mark those calenders, fellow virtual warriors.

Terraria: Collector’s Edition ships to retail for 360, PS3

Publisher 505 Games has released a boxed copy of Re-Logic’s hybrid action-crafting-role-playing adventure title Terraria for 360 and PS3. Terraria: Collector’s Edition, set to hit store shelves later this week, includes a copy of the game—disc for 360, PSN download card for PS3—a pickaxe USB flash drive, themed stickers, and a crafting poster.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Ultimate Edition pre-order, demo live

MercurySteam’s Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Ultimate Edition, the PC port of the studio’s inaugural entry into the series, is now available for pre-order on Steam. Gamers who decide to put their cash down early will save 10% off the standard price of $29.99. The PC version features upgraded graphics, 60 frames per second for systems meeting the recommended specs, Steam achievement and cloud saving integration, and both downloadable content packs, Reverie and Resurrection.

CastleStorm launches for PC, From Outcast to Savior DLC announced

Zen Studios’ tower defense-brawler hybrid CastleStorm is now available on Steam. Already available for 360, CastleStorm allows players to design and build their own castle using an in-game editor, and then manage its garrison to battle back invaders. A new DLC pack, From Outcast to Savior, was also announced and will be available for 360 and PC on July 31 for 240 MS Points/$2.99. The add-on will include the Royal Guard faction, new environments, new weapons, a new Hero, 20 new battles, and new levels for Skirmish and Survival.

Two new downloadable pre-order extras announced for Space Hulk

Full Control has announced some new pre-order bonuses for their upcoming Warhammer 40,000-based strategy title Space Hulk. The download-only release is set to launch on Steam next month, and gamers who pre-order ahead of time will receive two exclusive DLC items: a personal banner for multiplayer and a Genestealer skin for single player.

Rayman Legends announced for PC, screenshots release

Ubisoft has announced that Rayman Legends will be available for PC. The Windows version will launch alongside the 360, PS3, PS Vita, and Wii U versions, and is being developed by Ubisoft Chengdu in cooperation with Ubisoft Montpellier. Legends is the follow-up to 2011’s Rayman Origins, and Ubisoft has announced that gamers who pre-order the digital version of Legends from UbiShop will receive the PC version of Rayman Origins for free.
