CD Projekt RED has announced that REDkit, a set of tools designed for gamers to create their own adventures using the editor behind The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, has entered open beta. Available for free at the official site, the kit includes tools to alter terrain, add a dynamic day-and-night cycle, create branching story paths, customize NPCs, and more.
Daedalic strolled past the art books and skipped right over soundtracks and headed straight for pre-order gold: a free game. The studio announced that everyone who pre-orders a copy of their upcoming adventure Night of the Rabbit from GOG.com, before May 29, will receive a free copy of their comedy adventure Deponia. Capcom is set to hold court this fall with the digital release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies for 3DS. Previously announced as Ace Attorney 5, Dual Destinies is set eight years after Ace has last stepped foot in court and shortly after the destruction of the court room itself. His latest opponent is Winston Payne’s son, Gaspen, in the case to discover who is behind the attack.
