Ace Team’s first-person action title Zeno Clash II is now available on Steam for PC. The sequel to the 2010 360 and PC original follows brawler Ghat on his return home to confront former friends and team up with old foes. Described best by publisher Atlus as stonepunk, the surreal action title features melee combat, upgradable stats, and weird, weird characters.

Time to suit up and call in the frigates, Strike Suit Infinity on Steam

Born Ready Games has deployed Strike Suit Infinity, the new standalone arcade-style score-based shooter featuring the mechanics of Strike Suit Zero. Players will fight in rounds filled with waves of increasingly difficult enemies in an attempt to not just survive but attain the highest modifiers possible for leaderboard-dominating combos. Reinforcements can be purchased with points gained during combat, allowing players to call in fighters, frigates, and more to lend a hand.

As a magician’s prisoner, players will explore the magical tome Librom by living through its many dangerous tales, acquiring new abilities and Offerings as they defeat the fabled monsters within. Tests of virtue also await, and the choices players make will determine how their journey unfolds. Up to four players can journey together in co-op play via ad-hoc or infrastructure multiplayer.

Konami has announced that Blade Wolf, the second character DLC drop for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, will launch on May 14 for 360 and PS3. The pack features LQ-84i in its own adventure, following the unit after its activation by Desperado Enforcement’s leader Sundowner and service under Mistral in the events prior to its time as Blade Wolf alongside Raiden. In addition to exploring the character’s origins, players will get to try new abilities as well as fight in a new boss battle.

Publisher Rising Star Games has sent word that special agent Francis York Morgan is back on the trail of the Red Seed Murderer in an investigation that is equally parts surreal and terrifying. An enhanced re-release exclusive to the PS3, The Director’s Cut includes all of the content of the 2010 Xbox 360 original plus a brand-new scenario, improved visuals and controls, and support for upcoming downloadable content.

Things just got weird. Or, a lot like my childhood. Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, the standalone 80s-themed expansion to the very non-80s-themed Far Cry 3, is available for consoles and PC. The $14.99 download, developed by Ubisoft Montreal, is a wink, a nod, a nudge, and a high-five to the 1980s, with the world looking as if it was recorded off a VHS copy of Excessive Action 2: Island Assault. Players take on the role of Sergeant Rox Colt, a Mark IV cyber commando that is “part man, part machine, all American,” on the hunt for a former commander gone rogue. Naturally, the game features Michael Biehn.

The developer announced that the free-to-play PS3 exclusive will be fully integrated with New Eden, the universe of Eve Online, when it launches on PSN. As console gamers pound the ground to complete objectives and whittle away their rivals’ numbers, Eve Online players will be orbiting above, dealing with the consequences of each battle in the shared persistent universe.
