Ignition has launched the official site for the upcoming Director’s Cut re-release of Deadly Premonition. The surreal survival-horror-thriller-procedural-spoof thing will be bringing its Twin Peaks-esque investigative wilds to the PS3 next month. The new version will include various gameplay tweaks, a new scenario, updated graphics, and improved controls, as well as all of the weird demons, strange townsfolk, bizarre inner voices, and inane coffee references that’s made it a cult classic for the 360.
Salvete, fellow Romans! Today, the legions march forth from beautiful Italia to subdue the savages that tear at our borders … from our iPads. (To handheld glory!) So yes, Slitherine’s turn-based strategy game Legion has launched for iOS. Originally released for Windows by Strategy First, the newest version includes all 100-plus nations, seven campaigns, units, resources, and difficulty levels from the PC original.
Arkane Studios will be showing the other side of the coin with a new downloadable add-on for Dishonored, The Knife of Dunwall. The upcoming drop, slated to launch on April 16 for 360, PC, and PS3, will put players in the shoes of Daud, the assassin who killed the Empress and kicked off the events in Dishonored. Players will explore new areas and have access to all of his weapons, gear, and abilities, as well as the support of the mercenary band the Whalers.
