Capcom has revealed a new addition to the console and PC versions of Resident Evil Revelations, Infernal Mode. As the name implies, this is for those who scoff at hard mode and require something even more demanding. In addition to increasing the difficulty, Infernal will also move around enemies and items. Deep Silver knows gamers want two things: an easier way to fell zombies, and to look great doing it. Fortunately, the two recently announced pre-order DLC packs have you covered. The Survivor Pack, which includes an XP booster among other goodies, is available for everyone who pre-orders in supported regions. Fashion Victim is available for pre-orders everywhere, and includes new skins for co-op mode. Full details are below.
As mentioned last week, Ubisoft has released new details about the upcoming sequel to Assassin’s Creed 3, Black Flag. The next installment has been in development for around two years, with efforts headed by Ubisoft Montreal and six other Ubi studios in support, and will be available for 360, PC, PS3, PS4, and Wii U, as well as “other next generation consoles” (i.e. Xbox Square, or whatever it’ll be called). The game will be available for the current slate of systems—360, PS3, and Wii U—this fall, on October 29.
