New details have been announced about the second of three upcoming map packs for Halo 4, the Majestic Map Pack. The Certain Affinity- and 343 Industries-developed entry in the War Games Map Pack series will launch next Monday, February 25, with three small- to medium-sized maps, detailed below, as well as two Majestic DLC playlists and a new free-for-all mode, Infinity Rumble.
The new maps include Landfall, Monolith, and Skyline. Landfall is an asymmetrical map that takes place in and around Casbah’s port authority buildings, filled with tight interiors and open exteriors, as the Covenant attacks the city. Monolith is a small map with an open battlefield set on a Forerunner monument in outer space. Skyline takes place at a construction site set high above Cascade’s city streets, filled with confined spaces. The pack also adds the eight-player Majestic FFA DLC and the four-on-four Majestic Team DLC playlists. Infinity Rumble is a pack limited-time exclusive that rewards players with ordnance for their special medals and style kills.
Halo 4 – The Majestic Map Pack will cost 800 MS Points.
