Konami has announced that they will be releasing the playable demo of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance that was included with the Zone of the Enders HD Collection on Live and PSN on January 22. The demo allows players to experience a portion of the first chapter, which will introduce them to a new half-cyborg Raiden and his band of military contractors. The action-heavy title will offer Metal Gear-style storytelling with PlatinumGames-style action, which, going by the demo, could make for a rowdily wordy good time.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, co-developed by Kojima Productions and PlatinumGames, is scheduled to hit store shelves on February 19 for 360 and PS3.
