Positech has announced that they have released a new expansion for their strategy title Gratuitous Space Battles, Outcasts. The Outcasts are a cybernetic race who rebelled against the oppressive zealots who hated them because of their perceived impurity, and who now travel the universe in search of other organic races to destroy. The add-on extends the ship-building options by adding 10 new designs and new Outcast-only modules, and it also adds two new scenarios as well as the Outcast as a playable faction in all previously released content.
Gratutious Space Battles: Outcasts is available for $5.99 on Steam and at Positech’s online store. As a final note, Outcasts is not standalone and does require Gratuitous Space Battles.
