Call of Duty: Black Ops II – Revolution DLC pack revealed
Activision has detailed the first DLC pack for Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Revolution. Scheduled to launch initially on Live for the 360 on January 29, Revolution will include five new maps, a new mode, and a new weapon. The maps, detailed below, include Downhill, Hydro, Mirage, and Grind for standard multiplayer, as well as Die Rise for Zombies. Another undead addition is Turned mode, which will put players in the tattered shoes of a shambling corpse. Lastly, the pack will add a bonus multiplayer weapon to the arsenal, the Peacekeeper SMG.

Anarchy Reigns now available for 360 and PS3
Sega has announced that PlatinumGames’ Anarchy Reigns has hit store shelves for 360 and PS3. The brawler features 16 fighters battling it out using chainsaws, microwave rays, swords, and more against mutants, characters from other PlatinumGames’ titles, and what looks to be krakens. Excellent. The single-player campaign centers around the mystery behind the disappearance of Maximillian Caxton, while online multiplayer is supported for general mayhem.

The Battle Hardened Pack launches for 360, PS3 Assassin’s Creed III
Ubisoft has just launched a new round of DLC for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Assassin’s Creed III, The Battle Hardened Pack. Gamers who’ve recently seen Ratonhnhaké:ton safely through the Revolutionary War will be able to continue improving their tumbling and gutting skills with three new multiplayer characters (Governor, Highlander, and Coyote Man) across three new multiplayer maps (Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu, and Saint Pierre).
