For the fourth year in a row, Call of Duty has managed to pull in hundreds of millions during its first day on the market. According to Activision, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Treyarch’s latest entry in the series, took in an estimated $500 million-plus in worldwide sales in the first 24 hours across 360, PC, and PS3.
Black Ops II still has one more system to go, with the release of the Wii U version slated to coincide with the system’s launch on November 18.
