Treyarch is embracing Call of Duty’s popularity on video-sharing sites with a new streaming feature in Black Ops II. Gamers will be able to live stream starting on launch day, November 13, on Youtube directly from the 360 and PS3. In addition to gameplay, players can simultaneously stream from their webcam and audio commentary. The Elite service will be used to supplement the feature by showing the player’s card to allow viewers quick access to such info as class loadouts, career stats, and recent match results.
Disney has followed up the launch of Epic Mickey 2’s 360 and PS3 demo, released earlier this week, with a demo for the upcoming 3DS side-scrolling platformer Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion. Available through the Nintendo eShop, Power of Illusion is reminiscent of—and described as a tribute to—the classic Sega Genesis platformer Castle of Illusion. After falling into the Wasteland, players must take Mickey through the castle to stop the imprisoned witch Mizrabel from draining the essence of popular characters. The demo includes the tutorial and a battle on the Jolly Roger against Captain Hook and his band of pirates.
Persona 4 Arena, the Atlus and Arc System Works co-developed fighter based on the Shin Megami Tense series, has launched on Live Games on Demand. Released back in August for 360 and PS3, Arena features characters from role-playing titles Persona 3 and 4, several console-only modes, including a Story mode estimated to last over 30 hours, and ailments (for that role-playing touch).

After covering the crazy hooligans (and narcotics) that call the Rook Islands home, Massive is now revealing more about the storyline that finds you and your friends held for ransom in a lawless land. To quote Ike Clanton, “Law don’t go around here. Savvy?”
