The Forza series returns today with the release of Forza Horizon. The 360-exclusive racer is based around the Horizon Festival in Colorado, with events taking place throughout cities and on winding country roads. Gamers who pick up and play the game within the first week will also unlock a gift car, the 2010 Saleen S5S Raptor. And for those who want another extra car, the 2013 SRT Viper GTS is unlocked for those who download the demo and play it before launching the full version.
Danger Close Games’ Medal of Honor Warfighter is now available in stores. As a Tier 1 Operator, players will be able to choose a fighter from one of 10 different Special Forces squads, with the Polish GROM, German KSK, Canadian JTF-2, and U.S. Navy SEAL among those represented. The single-player campaign features hostage rescue missions, an assault on a pirate-held city, and other daring raids as the team attempts to stop the distribution of a deadly chemical. Multiplayer will allow each nation’s operators to battle it out in versus or assist one another in the co-op Fireteams mode.
Street Fighter X Tekken has launched for PS Vita. The handheld version of the fighter features 55 brawlers, a gallery mode, multiplayer via 3G or Wi-Fi, front and rear touchpad support, near functionality, Cross-Play support with the PS3 version, and the new skill-based Burst Kumite survival mode.
