PlatinumGames is busy these days. In addition to working on Bayonetta 2 and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, the studio is still hard at work on the post-apocalyptic brawler Anarchy Reigns. It’s looking like their workload will be lightening shortly, though, as Sega has announced that the multiplayer-centric title will be launching on January 8 for PS3 and January 11 for 360.
Anarchy Reigns will allow for up to 16 players to battle it out in a massive scrap in Battle Royale, team up against waves of enemies in Survival, or go a few rounds in the bloody sport Deathball. The game will not only feature characters from other titles developed by PlatinumGames, including MadWorld and Bayonetta, but also sport a budget price of $29.99.
